A conventional Chinese wedding starts off by the bride-to-be waking up at five in the morning to prepare for the wedding day and the groom going through physical endurance “tests” by the bridesmaids at a gate crashing event to prove that he is worthy of the bride. However, this was not our case. The day started with a pre-wedding morning run around the picturesque countryside where Sacha and myself took in the fresh morning air, enjoying the peace and tranquility of the morning before the adrenaline and craziness of the Day began.
Every couple who has gone through a wedding day always mention how the actual day is a whirl and goes by in a blink of an eye. The photos taken serve as precious memories for us of the various events that took place.
